Refund Policy

We are absolutely confident that you will be happy with your purchase from us because each piece is inspected by hand for quality. We understand; however, that every customer is unique and we are flexible to meet
your particular needs. customer satisfaction in our products and services is
our top priority. We offer a comprehensive return policy to ensure that once you
own a our product.
 

We accept 7-day Policy Return for the following reasons (We don't pay the return shipping fee):

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 48 hours of receipt), we will process your store credit and automatically apply this credit to your account or
within 7 days.

What if the product arrives and is not what I ordered?

If you believe that you have received product that is not what you ordered, please contact us on the first available business day. It is
highly recommended that you purchase a product sample before ordering, as a
reference. Please keep in mind that products you will ultimately receive. We
may request digital photos of the product received to confirm product details,
size, color, etc. If the products you have received do not match those that you
have ordered, Our Store will replace your products or pick-up and refund your
purchase. The decision to replace or refund will be made in consultation with
you, the customer, as to which solution is acceptable for both parties.
 

All returns must be sent back within 7 days of receipt of the item. We only accept products in their original
condition
. That means we don't accept the return once the products have been used. And we don't pay the return package's shipping fee.
Please note that we cannot process any products that are returned without our
prior knowledge. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will
need to
contact customer service.

Notes: Please bring your package to your local
post office, then choose a shipment method with tracking number. We can only
receive the package from overseas post office. Please email the tracking number
to our customer service once you ship out the package, or we don't take any
responsibility if we can't receive the package in time and to be returned back
to you.
 

What is our return address?

Please contact our customer service representative to get a return address. Please include all the following details.

· Error style, color or size 

· Received Damaged goods. 

· Mis-shipped product(s).
